Villas and Residences at Milaidhoo

Milaidhoo’s spectacular villas and residences are unique as they are not only luxurious and spacious but are also designed in a manner that allows the natural beauty of the Maldives inside. There are 50 Villas and Residences in four categories:

1. Water Pool Villas

29 Water Pool Villas set in Milaidhoo’s sparkling lagoon are joined by an over water jetty. Each villa is 245 sqm in size and has a private pool set in its spacious sun deck. The bedroom and bathroom can be opened to the breeze from the ocean giving access to wonderful views.

2. Beach Pool Villas

The 18 Beach Pool Villas are fringed by the white beach surrounding our small island. They are designed to give a feeling of space while ensuring complete privacy. Each Beach Pool Villa has a private fresh water pool set in a sun deck, from where you can enjoy the amazing Indian Ocean views.

3. Beach Residences

There are only two Beach Residences at Milaidhoo, each with total privacy and sublime luxury. The 490 sqm residences consist of a round shaped living room that opens up to a sun deck, a bedroom and large bathroom with an inside and outdoor shower. Both residences have a large private pool with Jacuzzi and direct access to the beach and reef.

4. Ocean Residence

The unique Ocean Residence at Milaidhoo is the crown jewel of our collection. It is located in exclusivity at the end of the jetty, offering utmost privacy and comfort over the water. The residence has a living room, spacious bedroom, over-sized bathroom and a small, hidden loft on the first floor for the perfect sunset view. For sheer relaxation in privacy there is a large wooden deck with swimming pool and direct access to the ocean and house reef.
