Welcome to Shoreline Grill, our relaxed Maldives beach restaurant where simplicity meets excellence. Here, freshly caught seafood and prime cuts of meat are grilled to perfection and served either inside with views of our show kitchens or barefoot in a private beach pavilion, perfect for a laid-back Maldives dinner on the beach under the stars.
This is island dining at its most authentic: easy, honest and beautifully prepared. We recommend coming back more than once, especially for a night at our Chef’s Table, where you can sit at the teppanyaki-style grill and watch your personalised meal come to life, cooked just the way you like it.

Ever dreamed of having your own private chef? At the Chef’s Table, that’s exactly what you’ll get. With set menus or à la carte options to guide you, our chefs craft each dish right in front of you in an intimate, interactive setting. It’s a special occasion made delightfully informal – just the way we do things at Milaidhoo.
Open for dinner daily from 19.00 to 22.30. Lunch is available on request.
